The deadline for receiving products purchased through our online store is informed in the delivery mode chosen in the cart and starts from the 1st business day following the day of payment confirmation. Remember that the deadline informed is always on business days.
The CR30 Store will do everything to meet the deadlines provided for in this regulation. However, for reasons beyond our control, unforeseen events may arise. In such cases, we will always try to notify customers of any delays.
If the order is lost before delivery to the registered address, the order will be resent or canceled after confirmation of the loss by the carriers or couriers, which happens within 5 to 7 business days.
Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and may extend until 7:00 pm. Someone needs to be at the address to receive the order. It is not possible to schedule time for delivery.
Problems in delivery and delay.
First, we ask you to verify that the order is really beyond the delivery deadline, remembering that the deadline starts to run after the 1st business day after the payment approval date. If the deadline informed for delivery - after payment confirmation - is really expired, please contact us through our e-mail: email@example.com so that we can get in touch with the post office and take care of it for the situation to be resolved shortly.
If the carrier or post office fails to deliver on the first attempt, another two will be made before the order returns to our distribution center. If the order returns, please contact our Customer Service so that we can guide you.
In case of loss of the order before delivery to the registered address, the resending or cancellation of the order will be carried out after confirmation of the loss by the carriers, which happens within 5 to 7 business days.
